We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for our customers.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must still be attached.

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Customized or personalized items


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide order number and clear photos of the issue

We will arrange:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund, depending on your preference


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you by email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Note:
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • Incorrect product was delivered

  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed

In these cases, FineWear Shop will cover the shipping cost.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Color issues

  • Defective items

Exchanges depend on product availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once processing starts, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

FineWear Shop is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

But we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
