1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume seasons (sales or holidays), processing may take an extra 1–2 days.


2. Shipping Time (USA Only)

We ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or location.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Customer location

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order weight and size

Occasionally, we offer Free Shipping promotions.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s system


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

FineWear Shop is not responsible for orders with:

  • Wrong address

  • Missing apartment/house number

  • Incorrect contact information

If the package is returned due to incorrect details, customers are responsible for reshipping costs.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

FineWear Shop is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect addresses

If your package appears lost, we will help you file a carrier claim.


7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only ship within the United States.

8. Order Not Received but Marked “Delivered”

If the carrier marks your order Delivered, but you haven't received it:

Please check:

  • With neighbors

  • Around your mailbox/porch

  • Contact the carrier directly

We cannot issue refunds for packages marked as Delivered, but we will assist you as much as possible.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 days

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged product & packaging

We may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit
